After having no issues at all, suddenly the launcher is no longer working properly when I try to download store items. I click "download" the cursor spins a bit, and nothing. If I try to close the launcher I'll get this message, "The download process is running. Do you want to cancel this process and end the application?" Sometimes when I select that, the launcher will go unresponsive. I've had to shut it down from the Task Manager when it wouldn't let me restart my computer.
I tried downloading a pattern from the Exchange, to see if it happens there as well, but I had no problems. Downloading from the Exchange works just fine. It happens with anything in my purchase history. I had a very unhappy experience with EA Help. The person had me try to update the game, but I have the latest update.
